Come spend a week or more on the luxurious island of Martha’s Vineyard off the coast of Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Our home is located in lovely Town of Tisbury, just 1 mile from the Vineyard Haven boat dock. In a serene setting of shaded trees and with fragrant aroma flowers everywhere, you can relax in a two level, three-bedroom home that sleeps eight comfortably. The outside patio is perfect for a barbecue or just a bit of relaxation after you return from a long day at the beach.

Deposits (for weekly)

Upon confirmation of your rental dates a $250.00 non-refundable deposit is due. The balance is due three weeks prior to your scheduled arrival to hold yourreservation.

Cancellation/Rescheduling

If you cancel 14 days or less before your arrival date you will be subject to a 30% fee of the rental amount.

Security Deposits

The $250.00 security deposit will be held in escrow for no longer than 30 days after the termination of the lease, to be returned without interest.

Transportation From Washington DC Metro Area

Driving from Washington DC Metro Area:

Take 95 North to Woods Hole Massachusetts, which is approximately a 9 hour drive from Washington DC. Call AAA to have the direct route mapped out from your particular location. Once you arrive in Wood Hole take the 45 -minute ferry ride to Martha’s Vineyard. The ferry from Woods Hole can accommodate both passengers and automobiles; the ship runs daily year round.
