The house was totally remodeled in 2009 with brand new furniture in each room, wood floors, flat screen tv's and DVD players in each bedroom, large wide screen TV in finished basement with blue ray central air-conditioning. The outside patio is perfect for a barbecue or just a bit of relaxation after you return from a long day at the beach.

Deposits (for weekly) - Upon confirmation of your rental dates, the first ½ of the rent for the week is due.

The second ½ is due 30 days prior to your arrival along with a $400.00 damage deposit, which will be returned with 15 day of your departure if no physical damage or missing items exist.

Cancellations - Cancellations made 90 days before arrival date will receive a full refund. If you cancel after the 90 days before your arrival no further money is due and we will work to rent the house at full value and your entire rent will be returned once rented to new tenants. If the house rents for less then going rate we will return half the week deposit already received less than the discounted amount.

Cancellations made less 30 days, or failure to pay second half of the balance due , the house will be re-rented to new tenants . If rented for full value you will be refunded your full week payment less 10% cancellation fee.

Transportation From Washington DC Metro Area

Driving from Washington DC Metro Area to Marthas Vineyard:
Take 95 North to Woods Hole Massachusetts, which is approximately a 9 hour drive from Washington DC. Call AAA to have the direct route mapped out from your particular location. Once you arrive in Wood Hole take the 45 minute ferry ride to Martha’s Vineyard. The ferry from Woods Hole can accommodate both passengers and automobiles; the ship runs daily year round. To reserve your car on the Island Ferry, call (508) 477-8600 as soon as your exact date of arrival and departure has been secured, for spaces are limited during the peak summer season!
